The app says 7 days trial so I entered my apple password and then saw my that it deducted $199nzd on my account. Also it advertised $99 per year so I was charged double. Please return my money.

Issues with screen
Useless and repetitive. In writing mode with Apple Pencil screen gets glitchy, complain multiple times, nothing has been fixed and when asked for a refund support team referred to Apple (so claiming game started). Repetitive, study course doesn’t go above 10 in numbers, in software development reminds me of PowerPoint before photoshop been invented. Doesn’t worth your $99.99 per year.
Issues with screen
Great for child’s developing but in the study mode when my daughter is trying to write the numbers the screen is keeps on moving. We usually have to close the app, reset and it works fine for the first 10 seconds and then it’s the same.
Too much screen issues
Every 10 seconds, the screen would disappear and I need to restart the app.
Have not gotten to play this as it keeps crashing
Fix the bugs
Lots of content but screen orientation issues
Lots of games for my six and one year olds, but the screen keeps flipping to portrait mode so we can’t press buttons or see what we’re meant to be looking at. For one of the games, the buttons even go off screen so we couldn’t choose the right answer.

keeps crashing trying to log in. i did not re new subscription because of it.
Sad loss
We renewed our subscription for a second year in March 2021. Our 5 year pld daughter absolutely loved this app and got a lot out of it. Then the app wen all funny. Last straw, you wanted us to subscribe all over again! NO!
Amazing TinyTap
I love this app it is so much fun
No good
When i downloaded the app it showed 2options. 1 of lesser cost ($30 a month) and the expensive one which was the 1year subscription. Obviously i’ll go for the cheap one. But got charged $91.99 for a year🤦♀️why show 2options if youse are gonna charge us for the 1year anyways?🤔🤦♀️
