I dont intend to renew coz the app didnt work well on my phone. It takes forever just to loading for a single story. And now I cant even open the application coz my phone didnt support ios13.

My kids fave learning game!
My daughter loves tiny tap games and learning. We had an issue with our account and our annual membership disappeared in customer service was able to help me and reinstate my membership for my daughter to resume her learning.
Wanted to like this
Paid the subscription for a year and none of my child’s progress is saved. Contacted customer support and they wanted me to try a multitude of things and it did work to uninstall and reinstall. For a minute. Now it doesn’t even remember I paid for a year much less the child’s progress. GET A DIFFERENT APP
