No se cuál será su público pero invertir en tanta publicidad en latinoAmerica cuando el precio no lo puede afrontar ninguna familia me parece hasta deshonesto. No permitiría que mi hijo use ni el free trial de una app que no podemos afrontar. Estoy buscando apps educativas pero el costo es absurdo.
Me suscribí por un año y la mayoría de los juegos no los puedo abrir, no se cargan. Mande mail varias veces y solo recibo respuestas automáticas, no me resuelven el problema.

Ya pague la suscripción anual, no entiendo por qué me pide una contraseña cada vez que quiero entrar desde la app. Por favor díganme porque no recuerdo haber sacado ningún usuario y menos contraseña
Todo lo que tiene de bueno en su primera imagen tiene de malo en el aspecto comercial. Muy poco claro cuando pagas y cuando no. Te van cobrando y nunca sabes porque. 65 dólares en uno de los cobros y aún no se porque es. No recomiendo.
I tried the App for less than a week and did not like any of it, it does not match or is anything like the description of the app that is shown in AppStore and in its ads. I vas very disappointed by the content on the app and after trying it for a few days (less than 7 days) I canceled the purchase one week trial (which automatically changes into annual subscription if I had’t canceled) and I was then charged for the annual family access which must have been canceled once I canceled the one week trial. I’d like to request a refund because I did not ask for a subscription renewal, I canceled before hand.

You s*ck! I’ve downloaded the app since there was a trial 7-Days period and when tried to cancel the subscription before that time because the app and the games do not worth at all, it was already billed... DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!
Ya hace varios meses que no puedo usar la app y tampoco la puedo reiniciar. Tengo paga la suscripción por un año y así y todo no lo puedo utilizar. Espero respuesta, saludos
