Bought it and if it’s working that’s fine but is always hanging on my iPad

My app always hang !!!! Am I the only one with this problem ?

App keeps crashing

Does not stay logged in, have to login every time before child wants to use it App crashes easily

Why force to charge yearly?

I wanted to pay for monthly but realizes once i press yes it will charge annually. Not an honest way of doing business while showing monthly rate but trying to charge the customer annually on the next step.

How to use

I have subscribed the app but I cannot use it at all. Every game I choose mentioned I have reach 3 maximum games for a day. So what do I pay for?

Unable to load the app

I downloaded a bunch of stuff for offline play. Now the app doesn’t open and if it does, it keeps on crashing.

Grammar is questionable

“Tap the plane is next to the tree” “Find the sun is beside the tree” really quite horrid and how it kept repeating over and over again for the same practice is really unnerving. Please fix this. What in the world of grammar is “touch the balloon is next to the cup”?

SUPER SLOW

Loading a game takes forever that my child is falling asleep.

I’ve paid for a year subscription but unsure why I couldn’t open the app😭

This apps makes you think it’s free but then changes you a huge fee and I’m still trying to find out how to cancel the fees
