This company uses practices which trick you into a subscription. They took more than 80$ from me without notice and I hadn’t even used the app because it wasn’t at all what I had expected. Very poor quality app and terrible customer service which wouldn’t issue a refund despite the fact that I found the app worthless. 80$ for what? Try the apps starfall or Pok Pok if you’re looking for something much better with better services.
The worst app I ever had. YOU CANNOT HAVE 14 DAYS REFUND
Very bad UX in both website and iOS app. Not able to manage subscription (plan & payment method) from the iOS app, you have to visit the website which is inadequate and buggy. Fix asap or stop promoting the app, it is data intrusive and customer unfriendly.
Not clear descriptions about charging trial and paid plan. It leads you to select free trial and “fishes” your consent to pay yearly . You must to be careful .

The app is great. Offered a great variety for my child to be engaged and learn but my son still was not able to navigate it on his own ( he is 4, my son is a bit behind for his age therefore that might have had something to do with it). However this review is particularly for their customer service. I originally reached out with a concern and their team was fast to respond and resolved my issue very fast. For this reason I will sign up again once my son is able to be more independent with the app.
