Could not find a thread on the app to include delivery or contact details.
The shipment history is not in chronological date order, looks like alphabetical order
Tells you nothing about the delivery. Deliver between 8-6pm and all it says is delivering - at no time does it give you a reduced window
As if it couldn’t get any worse, it did. They never contacted us for anything. Initially told at the time of purchase our product would be out in 10 days and we never got any messages. We had to reach out again in ten days to be told they had no delivery status. Once we set it in place to come on a specific date because we would be out of town, they delivered it a day early which we were not there for. I only found out because o had not gotten any updates once again. Just to be told they would deliver it tomorrow and they stated they couldn’t call me about the delivery if there were any issues because they drivers don’t have phone. What a cheap company not to provide their workers with adequate tools. They told me just look on the website for updates. I hope to never deal with them again after I receive my product. I now have to download this stupid app to try and have better access to my delivery. Terrible service.
Trying to get this parcel delivered. System says delivery was attempted but wasn’t no way of getting in touch. No messages left . Only AI to respond. Need to improve tracking and communication.
The AI attendant sent me round in a loop and the website does not allow me to reset the delivery date. We were originally told the 4 boxes would reach us this week but it is set now according to your tracker to arrive by next Tuesday 29 October at 18.00. Your website doesn’t allow us to choose an appropriate re delivery date. We have tried to get this done by ringing the customer service but the virtual assistant just sent us back to the website saying she couldn’t help. Good luck with your takeover by FedEx. I hope they can straighten you out. DHL is by far superior in its customer service and should be used as an examplar.
According to the schedule I opened my delivery was made to Ireland from Poland being as the parcel was picked up from Luton and should have arrived in Merseyside I am now quite alarmed!!!!
Item already in Deesside Depot on Saturday 24th but not scheduled for delivery until Tuesday 27th. Attempted several times to arrange collection on Sat morning but only alternatives offered were Wed 28th or Thursday 28th! Infuriating!…what sort of a service is this in this day and age. Is it run by Royal Mail?
No time window have to wait in all day
