I am just an Owners Rep and Gaurd at And international-based company in Conroe, Texas. I receive packages for the men who work here. And this is the most efficient tracking system I have ever used. The United States shipping and logistics could do better.
I have no clue where my shipment is the tracking numbers is delivered in China. I’m so confused.
Updates are completely wrong, no real tracking, times change, status are wrong.
Parcel was sent on the 10th August 2022 and yet still it’s not in the country yet its been 3 weeks now and nothing has shown up for my express shipment. Very bad company
Entered 9-digit tracking number from notification email, and app promptly dropped the 9th digit and reported tracking info that is totally unrelated to the shipment I was notified about, not to mention it’s in a completely different country!
The app says my package is to be delivered March 24. Today is March 30. No sign or info on my package .
It’s not giving me details where the parcel is. It only says In transit.
I’m confused this is new to me, I feel like I’m not gonna get my package for some odd reason
Need a more details for shipping
The delivery is delayed, the delivery crew didnt call or text to ask for direction or for helpful info for delivery location. They reported wrong info to cover the inability to deliver the package on time or as promised. Very poor service of FEdex local office.
