Didn’t work
Tried both reference numbers, app and website, doesn’t work. App doesn’t work at all. Website shows me due for collection and has never been updated. No support. No idea where my package is.

Trackng accuracy
The air tracking system both onlibe and App are not so accurate and lack of detail. The example is collecting date and the expected delivery date is the same (Czech Republic to Thailand). How could this be possible? Sometimes the estimated delivery date is way too late (2 weeks) but the air shipment is usually being done within 1 weeks. By lacking of the accuracy, your trackibg system is useless.

6 days Im waiting delivery. The driver wrote in comment that the recipient wasn’t at home. I’m still waiting him.No one even knocked on the door 😔

said that I refused my delivery! while there was no attempt to deliver at all!
