TNT - Tracking

6 days Im waiting delivery. The driver wrote in comment that the recipient wasn’t at home. I’m still waiting him.No one even knocked on the door 😔

said that I refused my delivery! while there was no attempt to deliver at all!

Waited in all day and night. Driver did not arrive to collect parcel. Have tracked on the App which clearly doesn’t work. No communication whatsoever. Just a joke. Glad I am not paying for this appalling service

No help at all

Delivery a week late. Attempted three times they say - never a card left. Cannot do anything without the card number. The assignment number says cannot find it. Then when I finally get through on chat they say it’s held because the address is wrong. Avoid TNT like the plague!

Really poor

App still says my item is in Pembroke. It was delivered yesterday by a man in a plain white van! Absolutely useless

There is little point in TNT providing tracking as their trucks apparently are not fitted with gps hence they just provide a day of delivery sometime before 6pm and do not know where any given delivery is. Even more annoying when you stay in all day waiting until 6pm only to see on the app that time constraint prevented delivery. No idea when it is scheduled for delivery now.

Totally bad service, delivered parcel 2of2 to my address and 1of 2 to an address in London and won’t even talk to me about it. Would not trust TNT with anything.

Received email stating arrival for today 28 February, waited until in all day l, checked on the app that stated delivery 6 March by 6pm, this service is unacceptable, DPD service is far better and provides a delivery window.
