Ist eine Registrierung möglich?
Während der normalen Geschäftszeiten sollte dieser Registrierungsvorgang nicht länger als 5 Minuten dauern. Was sind normale Geschäftszeiten in Deutschland? Gibt es dort überhaupt Geschäftszeiten? Denn bisher hat es mehr als eine Woche gedauert, und ich bin immer noch nicht registriert! Ich weiß, dass Deutschland noch nicht so digitalisiert ist wie der Rest Europas und es wahrscheinlich noch 50 Jahre dauern wird, aber N26 ist eine sehr erfolgreiche deutsche Online-Bank, also sollte Trade Republic studieren, wie sie ihre Bank betreiben und von ihnen lernen! Trade Republic verwendet schlechte KI-Technologie, um mit ihren ausländischen Kunden auf Englisch zu kommunizieren, das ist keine sehr vertrauenswürdige Kommunikation. Wer möchte schon, dass KI sein Geld verwaltet! Ich habe den Registrierungsprozess aufgegeben... English: During normal business hours, this registration process should not take longer than 5 minutes. What are normal business hours in Germany? Do they even have business hours? Because so far it has taken more than a week and I'm still not registered! I know Germany is not yet as digitized as the rest of Europe and it will probably take another 50 years, but N26 is a very successful German online bank, so Trade Republic should study how they run their bank and learn from them! Trade Republic uses poor AI technology to communicate with their foreign customers in English, that's not very trustworthy communication. Who would want AI managing their money! I have given up on the registration process....
