Money disappeared when withdrawing funds
When trying to withdraw funds via the app, the money instantly disappeared from my trade republic account but never arrived in my reference account. I tried to contact their support regarding the issue numerous times but, more than 4 weeks later and repeated attempts to contact their support, I still didn’t receive the money and their support stopped responding to my messages. I would therefore strongly recommend anyone to think twice before using their services.
