Wildlife trip in Uganda
We had a trip in Uganda and Herbert was a tour guide and driver , he is so honestly , humbly ,and knowledgeable about wildlife and road trip in Uganda . He made sure we enjoyed our trip and he made sure , we saw some lions and leopard as well and one of the big cats in Savanna park . He gave all he can to the last day of our trip . Therefore , I would like to recommend he as best tour guide and driver in Uganda to my friends and families. Thanks Herbert . See you next time .
Unfogettable experience
Was it the incredible lounge experience at the 6th floor reaustant?with impeccable food and beverage offerings? Was it the quiet location with stunning views in the palm?Was it the beautiful pool area with lovely staff? Was it the tastefully furnished and oh -so comfortable and spacious guest room that was so well appointed ?I never wanted to leave!I think it was a combination of all these things that made our stay memorable. It was a lovely touch by some of the hotel staff,who greeted us by names, welcoming me back at the end of each day, Asking how my night was?Making me feel looked after and important. The room service was 10/10 with lovely notes from our room Attendant JANE.Extremly kind with a beautiful smile, our Butler Krishna provided us with fruits,ice and got our laundry done every other day.Ms.Reni in the coffee hall was very brilliant,her outrageously and proactive gesture was next to none. A hotel can be beautiful,designed and elegantly appointed but in the end,it's the Human beings on staff that really make the magic happen.That's unquestionably the best aspect of this property!True assests of the operation!
