Excellent platform with a variety selection of products

I stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful experience overall. Omar Faruk from the breakfast restaurant was outstanding—definitely look for him when you're there. I truly appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff, with the exception of one young lady during check-in. Unfortunately, she mishandled my payment and failed to properly register my details on the waiting list. Her lack of knowledge about processing payments, coupled with an unprofessional and arrogant attitude, made her unsuited for the front desk. That said, I absolutely loved the place. The location is perfect, and the rest of the staff made my stay truly enjoyable.

I have been there with my wife for our wedding anniversary. I can confess that it was one of the most beautiful time of our wedding life. We have been pampered as we were expecting for that day. Everyone was caring and we had such a nice service (in the main bar as well as in the restaurants). Thanks for all of the F&B staffs for your reactivity and friendly touch. For sure we will be back soon…
