I love my Tuya products. I’ve used them for years. It does on the odd occasion log me out of the app. Also, I have a portable light that I love, but I wish there was a way to tell battery life.

Not working when I put in the barcode and won’t want to take me to the next step.

After the last update my auto dispensing cat feeder does not work, it no longer follows the feeding plan and will not dispense if I manually tell it to! I can also no longer edit the meal plan in the settings either.

I dont know why it does this but it just annoys me alot. Pleas

Ever since the last update our litter box doesn’t work properly. It freezes up constantly. The cat weight feature doesn’t work at all. And it even tries to cycle with the cat still in the box. We have tried everything to fix it. But nothing works. :(

I can’t scroll to see the time stamps, it only lets me see some and when I try to scroll it drags the screen. All of my little category boxes just say “text” instead of what they really mean.

Bought a AmzToy cat litter box that should be tracking everything about cat waste. Not really interesting as I mostly bought it to keep the cat litter cleaned up. Except it won’t let me enter the cat’s weight nor can it ever tell when the cat is inside. It runs randomly causing a hazard. Then it dumped all the litter the other day. There is no help on how to use the app. So this was a worthless app for a $300 paperweight. The developers can’t even write a error message…they just write out the error code. Sending it back for a refund.

Downloaded the app to have custom LED lightbulbs - which it is useful for, sort of. The tap-to-run feature exists and I use it to turn on/off all lights at a click, even while my phone is locked. This is great. However, if you want to make use of the cool effects and switch from regular soft lighting to fun pink or green lighting, you have to manually select each individual bulb and change them one by one. It should be completely reasonable to be able to switch a bulb’s scenes via the tap to run feature. Please update.

I can’t connect to my Bluetooth or WiFi ever. It’s very frustrating and there is no way to get it detect to my router, wifi or Bluetooth. Piece of crappy device .

This is a very fishy app and devices. My smart heater keeps randomly turning on. I think someone is trying to hack my network through this. I have to find other heaters than this.
