Stay away from this app. I used it for more than 2 years, I had 2 accounts to authenticate with this app, and when I needed it I saw these guys deleted my Authy account without letting me know and with no reason. I lost both my accounts added to this app, and now one of those companies refuses to send me the same QR code to recreate the same account, so I can’t use that application for which I paid
Everything is good, the multiple device sync and backup feature is excellent
The application crash on IOS 14.
When adding or editing accounts, I have to delete and reinstall it for it to sync again
Simple, easy to use, works on iOS and OS X. Much better than the competitors.
And really handy
This makes using 2FA much easier to use. No network needed, way faster than waiting for an SMS too
That's easy 5 stars from me, I download, register and use... So simple, I will use it with all my 2FA sites from now on
I opened the app to find duplicates of all my keys. After deleting them all so I only had one of each the next time I opened aught they were gone. Inexcusable that a bug like this would make it into release. The Bluetooth app on OS X doesn't work either. Would have recommended if it wasn't for those serious issues.
I use use 2FA on a daily basis for my work and personal accounts. I had been using another authentication app by a large search company but switched to authy after that search company updated their app and lost all my accounts. I love that authy backs up my accounts so even if I lose my phone, I can easily switch to another phone or to the web app. Essential app for me.
