Nicht mehr auf dem Mac verfügbar
Auf dem Mac konnte man bisher noch die iPad Version der App nutzen, leider haben die Entwickler hier auch eine Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht. Jetzt muss man sich eine andere App suchen, um weiterhin komfortabel Codes zu erzeugen und zeitaufwändig neue Keys generieren. Danke dafür, nicht!
M1 Support gestrichen!!
Bisher war die App gut und hat gemacht was sie sollte. Plötzlich geht gar nichts mehr. Ich soll updaten, weil ein M1 nicht mehr unterstützt wird. Werde jetzt auf einen anderen Authenticator wechseln. Warum gibt es keine Legacy Version, welche einfach so weiterläuft. Neue Features brauche ich nicht. Was ich nicht verstehe, es läuft selbst auf iOS Geräten mit älteren Prozessoren!

Sie haben grundlos die Funktionalität für den Mac entfernt. Die App gibt es noch, aber sie funktioniert nicht mehr. Ich bin sehr verärgert und einfach auf Passkey umgestiegen. Den Wechseln hätte ich schon vor Jahren machen müssen, es ist fantastisch simpel!
Apple Silicon Support
Hey Twilio! Wird es irgendwann Apple Silicon Support für eure App geben? Bisher konnte ich die iPad-Version auf meinem M1 Mac nutzen, das ist nun aber nicht mehr möglich. Ein echter Rückschritt für eure eigentlich gute App. Sehr schade. Müssen wir uns nach Alternativen umschauen?
Mac Version deaktiviert
Bisher konnte die iOS Version auf den Apple Silicon Macs genutzt werden. Jetzt will Authy ein Zwangsupdate und Authy deaktiviert sich auf den Macs. Ich stelle die Nutzung von Authy ein habe alle Accounts zu OTP Auth umgezogen.

Why was the iOS App now removed for MacBooks as well?
The macOS version was discontinued which kind of makes sense as to save development cost. But why would you disable the download support for M-series MacBooks for the mobile app?
