Cant move OTPs around??!!! Why????
Horrible new UI!
What is up with the new UI?! I don’t prefer the old look out of habit or for not liking change. The new UI just looks like it was made by a toddler. Icons are so big and zoomed in that there’s no oversight like before, and there’s not enough room for the text elements, so it all wraps/abbreviates as “Text…”. And there doesn’t seem to be a way to edit accounts into a custom order anymore. And the forced attempt to make all items alphabetically sorted only works for some items, leaving all the other accounts in a jumbled mess. Please revert to the old look or start over!

Catastrophe of an app, been having issues with it on and off for a year and now i got fully locked out of all my "tokens" and asked to enter a "backup password" that I never got to choose. Off to email support on every single app/site i have enabled 2 step authentication because this app doesn't have a support team! Great! When you press the 'Forgot your password?' prompt, it takes you to a page about how you can't reset your backup password.

Best authentication app
Wrote review in 2022 where I was disappointed with no dark mode. We are now in 2024 and there is STILL no dark mode. Something else I would love to see are folders to group e.g socials/games/communication apps into different folders. Overall the best authenticator app.

Good for games
This is good for games such as Roblox I think especially if you use trading on Roblox you need an authentication app (does not have to be this one)
