We opted for all lights for our Xmas tree - 4 chains, 1,000 leds, and it has been magnificent. Hands down the best decoration of the season. I am always impressed - nearly memorized - by how well done the lights and app are. Thanks you! Cheers!

I have a 600 light set and every year I can’t wait to set it up for the holidays. Today, though, the lights come down and I would LOVE a function that could blink the 2 terminus lights, so I can find the ends of the strings better. Thanks!

Every year it gets harder, but this year is impossible. It’s extremely frustrating.

Need to upgrade the fx wizard! I’ve been adding more every year and this year I threw away all the old incandescent stuff. Got twinkly tree, icicles and a bunch of strings. I’m learning some cool tricks for making custom effects but it’s kind of limited. Is there any plans to add more features to the app

Tree won’t keep selected layout.

Latest revision adds new problems, and as others mentioned no response. Can’t be the leader with half a product, the app is key to full use of the product but what worked for years no longer functions and the let the customer be the product test department has taken hold but with no resolution to bugs found.

I was having one of the issues some other users mentioned (“device not found on network“). I was able to easily resolve the issue by updating my iPhone to the latest version of iOS. Once I did that, I went through the set up steps again and I was prompted to install a new version of the firmware on the lights. I was not given this option before I updated my iPhone to the latest version of iOS. I selected to update the firmware and everything else went perfectly. It seems like it was just the fact that my iOS needed to be updated. To the developer: great work on this product. Both the software and the hardware included in your product are very cool. My daughter loves it!

It is only my dogged determination to have a rainbow Christmas tree that keeps me using this awful product. Year after year I expect to open my app in late November and discover that there has been an update to the software to fix all of the nonsense that is wrong, only to be disappointed.

I bought this a couple of years ago, so quick and easy to assemble. Up and ready to decorate in about 2 minutes! The lighting effect is magnificent and everyone can create their own themes! On top of a ton of other themes to download!
