I love the hardware but the app feels borderline not usable. Its not clear where things are and promoting its own products seems to get more focus then using the app. It could use to be more focussed on controlling and managing the app then promoting itself. Its clutters and structured in a way things are not easy to use when not used often.

I really don’t understand why companies don’t think about the use case that customers are forced to abandon their mail address. That’s a main event (and also time consuming). Twinkly app support suggest to create a new account, but there is no way to migrate your stuff to a new account. With about 20 Twinklys that is a lot of work.

I have bought you product, and it is doesn’t work. Useless thing without proper instructions. The garland does not connect to the WiFi network and the password for direct connection is not written anywhere. The product promises to be convenient and understandable, but this is not at all the case; on the contrary, nothing is clear about how it works and how to configure it.

Sinds de laatste update doet de timer functie het niet meer!!!!

Wij hebben deze lichtjes al vanaf het begin dat ze er waren. Inmiddels de 1e generatie ingeruild voor de 2e generatie en ook flink uitgebreid! Alles werkt naar behoren! In de kerstboom 2 snoeren van 400 lampjes gekoppeld. Mapping werkt ook echt super goed tegenwoordig, dat was in het begin wel anders. Boven de tafel hebben we een snoer van 250 lampjes en voor het raam nog de “ijspegels” Ook de muziek dongel hebben we een daarmee creëer je een wat disco… ik speel wat effecten achter elkaar af en ook dat werkt helemaal prima. Alles via de iPhone 15 We blijven elk jaar gezellig uitbreiden! Heel veel mogelijkheden

Lichtjes zijn leuk. De app zeker niet. Ik vind de app echt onduidelijk. En de iPad app is nog slechter. Voor dat geld verwacht je wel iets professionelers. Het werkt en dat is het dan ook. Tip: probeer de userinterface iets toegankelijker te maken. Duidelijkere knoppen. Timer functie met maar 1 automation. Ok gekoppeld aan HomeKit kun je meer maar dit had beter gekund. Als bovenstaande verbeterd is kom ik uiteindelijk op meer sterren terecht.

Het het goed voor mij soms zijn sommige producten lastig te verbinden met internet maar nadat dit gelukt is werkt alles goed voor mij. Ik heb verschillende producten stuk of 10 van twinkly en er gaan zeker nog volgen. Ga door met het goede werk, blijf innoveren en de app up to date houden. Meer nieuwe effects erbij zou mooi zijn

Nieuwe playlist opslaan gaat 80% van de keren niet. Als het werkt, is het een erg leuk, mooie lampjes.

The Christmas tree looks great. Got some really nice preset lighting scenes. The app has some bugs though. The screen preview sometimes stop working (the lights in the tree freeze). Then I have to restart the app. And the scenes I saved on the light are sometimes not loading or disappearing.
