I've been using Ulysses for about a year now. Love writing over, and it simplicity of UI. Ease of operation makes things swift to convert idea into a body of text.

Excellent for Writers

Use this for journaling, meeting notes, creative writing, scriting, just about anything that comes to mind. It's a clean app with no unnecessary frills. Does the job, be it on mobile or desktop. Thank you.

Ulysses

Certainly would have expected this writing app. to be really good, assisst in penning anything, vlog, blog, novel. A tad disappointing. Recurring crashes and the inability to mark a particular conversation, are but a few that need immediate and drastic improvement. What is the difference with any other app of the same nature? Read and act.

Fell in love with writing because of Ulysses

My writing career started with writing emails at office as what I wrote during college would hardly be considered as original. I run a small whatsapp newletter and started using Ulysses for writing; whenevr I open that empty note I feel like a wave of ideas and emotions hitting the beach. I recently wrote an in-depth 4500 word article around travel. I love what this product brings out in me.

A BOON for the Freelance Writer

I'm a freelance writer and I do a lot of long form content for a lot of different clients. I am severely technologically challenged and the markdown formatting has been a huge time saver and I don't cry while formatting my article, even with images and gifs. I also like Ulysses better than other writing softwares because the folder and file organization is intuitive and helps me stay focused on the present while still having the draft versions of my past work. If you're like me, and like to keep things simple and beautiful, you can't go wrong with Ulysses.

An amazing low-distraction writing app

Ulysses is the app I do pretty much all my creative writing on. It's got nearly all the bells and whistles of a normal word processor, but with an interface that's very low-distraction and easy to use. The price is completely fair for what it gives you, and I'm having a great time using it.

Love this app!

I really love creating on this app- the layout, intuitive interface and general feel is pretty awesome even if I don't use some of the adavnced markup features. Love it!
