VeriFLY Reviews

Not user friendly

Veriflysucks123 on

United States

Needs a lot of work in order to make it user friendly. I consider myself educated but this app is clunky, not intuitive, and actually makes check in harder although it claims to make it easier.

Horrible glitchy app

Cb 135 on

United States

I tried this on iPhone and pc and anytime a day needed to be I put like DOB it would now allow to progress or pull a keyboard. AA is one of the last remaining airlines to use this outdated app and it is a blatant invasion of privacy with 3rd party company asking for compromise. Simply horrible experience

It’s like you don’t want us to travel to your country

Even the review is screwed on

United States

This is the worst verification app ever. Taken me and my partner hours to verify and I am not even sure it went through

Horrible app

KitKat3449 on

United States

This is an absolutely horrible app. It is not user friendly at all! How do you expect older people who may not have as much experience with electronics, navigate their way through this mess of a site? Absolutely awful!

App accepts data but the Airlines doesn’t

MD Mikey on

United States

Attempted to check in on line with American Airlines only to be directed to the VeriFLY app. Required photos of travelers and scans of destination travel approval. The app shows everyone approved. The airlines only shows mine complete and the others in my party incomplete therefore I can’t check in online. Wasted an hour or so before I have given up and will just check in at the airport in the morning.

QR Code Photo Scan Fix

<3life,love, and laughter on

United States

Great app except PLEASE consider adding functionality to upload QR codes from your phone because I have the QR code that I need to scan with my phone camera on my phone and it’s very frustrating to have to find another computer or phone to send it to to scan the photo

Does not work

wenner104 on

United States

Tried scanning passport - 2 different ways, taking photo of myself per the instructions not one thing worked in app. Feel like its just a way to get your data - dont try it!

VERY DIFFICULT TO USE

Lokoniewski on

United States

Horrible site, difficult to use, prompts do not guide you, you need QR code WITH your name at airport not his code

Worst app ever

Jearykones on

United States

They want too much access, gross invasion of privacy and doesn’t even work. I’ve got to go to the airport early now just to check in.

Zero real time help.

Pahl Rhevere on

United States

When you need to check in for a flight, and your account says complete, the next step is going to the airline’s app and click check in. If it doesn’t swirl for some reason, there is zero help available. How can a user know what is wrong when the check in doesn’t go thru? Still waiting on hold…
