Kept getting this message when adding a trip. Contacted Customer Service and problem was resolved after deleting and reinstalling the app all within 20 mins. Many Thanks Mary C for your prompt reply.

It is too cumbersome and not user friendly
Why you have to re-join when you open up app

All info submitted, pass complete, still can’t check in with Aer Lingus. Useless
My travel agent told me to get this app but the flight booked can’t be loaded on as it’s not on the drop down list of airlines
My very clear Negative test result was rejected but verify didn’t explain why. Verify need to review their confusing instructions
All very good don’t have to show anything. My details are all sent to my passport !
