Verifly is not consistent!

Doesn’t work

It just doesn’t work when trying to add any flights, meaning you can’t check in online.

Not Wellness functioing

I can’t get my Inter Europe flight and are informera that I don’t need to submit documents but are still unable to check-in. Can’t Adde flight Numbers or Booking references.

Despite receiving endless texts and mails pushing VeriFLY on me for a trip with British Airways, it does not allow me to add a leg of a trip with British Airways. This means I cannot check in for my flight online. This app is not to be relied on or trusted.

Trip to Bahamas April 2022

Not all information on requirements are updated and correct, RT-PCR test is said to be needed but Bahamas gov states rapid antigen test is ok. In addition, not all documents have the correct names, eg Travel authorization is not a thing any more but visitors should have Travel health visa?? VeriFLY thus adds stress and confusion

Useless!

App is useless, doesn’t work takes hours to register because of very poor functionality and finally can’t complete it as not all airports are visible in the drop down selection and no manual writing is possible! And can’t check in online because this app is not completed with traveling info. It’s a circular problem. Also app is not intuitive. To add an airline trip you have to type in the arriving city then select from a drop down list of airlines and not airlines are visible.

Not compatible with transit exemptions

When the passenger exempt from certain rules due to transit these are still mandatory in the app.

Hell on earth

Takes hours to use. There’s always some technical issue. Extremely frustrating

Return flight cannot be added

Complete crap! This app is required for check in even if you attempt to do it online although a smartphone may not be possessed by everyone. Return flight does not show and a trip not from uk cannot be added. So I sm stuck! Poor old people!
