Bad working App…
To load your vaccination certification is problematic… still not too sure how to add it. Someone should be able to do this without following instructions that are so poorly put together…

This App just is so poor to navigate and does not load up properly
Totally useless
App is very confusing. Won’t let me add a trip. Just sends me to a page advising to add booking reference but can’t add the booking ref. Message ‘Nothing Found’ Terrible customer journey
Why can’t I check in and select my seat?

too many steps and confusing

Keeps on sending me back to begin. No follow on when I done the 4 checks

The travel requirements on the app do it match the criteria stipulated by the SA government
PCR test
Unable to put in my PCR test as it would not let me put in yesterday’s date! Meant to be valid for 72 hours. Had to then go for antigen test Very frustrating PLEASE UPDATE
Verify useless
Totally NOT user friendly. Very confusing to use. Doesn’t tell you what to do and how to do it - trial and error! 😡
