This app either is not complete or it is buggy. My tentative: Japan Airlines. The destination country only consist of 6 destination; 1. Guam 2. India 3. Indonesia 4. Philippines 5. Singapore 6. United States of America Im not heading to any of those country, im going to Japan. I cant continue the process because all the other selection such as flight date flight number are greyed out.

Only errors when you try and upload docs. No way to update Crap app

Using this in iOS, the airline drop-down list only shows 2 airlines available to be selected from. I can’t even begin to use this app!

It’s not clear enough as to what you were requiring. There are too many places you have to go to try to find out what you need.

This is useless to be mandatory to complete

Terrible app. Unnecessary receptiveness. Used to be able to check in directly with airline, why add an extra step??? Stupid. Also- won’t allow changes, I added a companion that couldn’t get stupid photo done on time & then wouldn’t let me finish the app.

I get to the end of my setup and it ask for the account/request number that did not state to save for the completion of the e ticket! Now I have to start over! This is not user friendly!

Keeps asking for my wife’s info. ???

Did I miss how long it takes to be Verified? Mine is still pending. If I knew how long the verification takes I might have given a better review

Stupid and unnecessary. Waste of space on my phone since I’m not the app creator benefiting from the app
