I cannot put ZERO stars. I’m not allowed to check in with BA, even though all my data is in your app and you say I’m cleared to travel. No contact info, your help site is useless, and all you do is cause extra steps and unnecessary stress on parents travelling with kids. Go back to whatever rubbish bin you came from. You serve ZERO purpose.

I upload all required documents and still can’t do on-line check-in.

Do not waste time on this, does not work, you only send your private data somewhere.

Such a "user friendly" aplication!!! Thank you UK!!! 3x the same info needs to be entered. Scannig qr does not work properly. And what about security? As I had to accept all, I hope my data is secured. Otherwise I will contact police. I do not understand, why my data needs to be provided to 3rd party.

I’ve uploaded my personal data for nothing. This app is totally useless!!! You will have to wait for airport check-in anyway.
