More than 2 hours to verify covid requisites (in 2022, discusting for itself). The app says everything is ok, however the airline doesnt allow to process the checkin. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME

Wrong destination airport name - never heard of the one your app has included. JNB is not Olifants River Bridge
Keeps giving me errors
As if traveling isn’t stressful enough these days, you then have to deal with terrible 3rd party apps such as this with little to no support when the app doesn’t function. Unable to check in online because this app’s terrible functionality creates a roadblock to get through. Have no idea whether they’ll let me fly tomorrow due to extremely poor integration and functionality it provides.

Terrible UX
Took 5 tries to get the system to manually verify my EU certificate. Cannot read dates in Eu format (day month) and takes them as wrong dates. 🤦🏻♂️. And ofc no way of contacting a human at all. Needs a lot of work.
COVID test
Loading COVID test has been a nightmare and once done and ready to flight, AA web says COVID info is not ready. Unbelievable.
