Cant log in
What’s the point of creating a profile and password and then within MINuTES of creating it, getting told it’s not valid. I just created it! Of course I know what it is. Resetting password doesn’t work either. Nice job idiots.

It’s free. You get what you pay for.
Doesn’t do anything faster or more reliable than what you can do from the VIA website or simple google. Booking with app crashes. Booking outside of app will not allow the booking to show. Developer does not address issues based on comments and app version history. VIA just doesn’t care about the customer experience on mobile.

Able to log in but can never purchase a ticket. All I get are errors after I lose my time filling all the info and hit purchase ticket.
App is broken
App will not allow you to buy tickets. This has been an ongoing issue for at least a year or more. Of course, the developers aren’t in any big hurry to fix it, so don’t bother with the app.
Come on guys!
The close button in the top is in the menu bar of the iPhone and you can’t tap it. Every time I use the app I have to force kill it to get out of screens with a close button. I also book a trip and then it never shows upcoming trips! Please fix!
Useful app
I use the app to manage my boarding passes / tickets, keep track of upcoming trips, and follow trip progress. One thing missing is notifications. App used to have this feature.
Via rail Apple wallet
The apps good for mobile users which it’s intended for and some people don’t seem to understand that. I personally found it easy to use and pretty strait forward to book tickets. The only issue is getting the tickets on my Apple wallet the button on the top right of my tickets just don’t work. Other than that the apps pretty good for what it’s meant for.
Logs you out often, not intuitive
It’s very easy to find yourself having to start your booking over if you’ve accidentally clicked on the wrong thing. It logs you out frequently, usually the day of your trip. It’s no longer possible to add your boarding pass to your Apple wallet.
App crashes during payment attempts
Wasting time trying to book a simple ticket. Attempted twice and failed twice.
