Viagogo can’t sell tickets in many countries (Germany, for example), but still you can find tickets there. They won’t refund. They will tell you a lot of stories for not paying.

Scam company - scam customer support
I bought Taylor swift tickets for over 5000 dollars. They didn’t send me my tickets. I reached out to customer support 4 times. Long story short, They said they couldn’t access my tickets offered me an upgrade and instead they canceled my tickets and hung up the phone on my face. I called back 3 times and was hung up on again 3 times. I will be suing. Terrible company terrible service. Breach of consumer protection laws. I had paid for flights + hotel for the concert. Never use them.
No more FAQ’s!
Can’t find my tickets and all that I see is useless FAQ’s. “Please contact us” means a phon call or txt. Not more FAQ’s that don’t resolve the situation!
Worst ticket app I have ever used
This app is not at all user friendly. Tickets are almost impossible to access. I would not recommend. Good luck if you are buying tickets using this app.
Terrible app terrible service
My bad I bough tickets for the wrong city how ever customer service is non existent the game is 5 days out still haven’t got the code for tickets or a response for selling them stay away and buy else where

Unusable app, blank tickets, no service
The App close everytime I try to reach my tickets. On website, tickets are empty files. I’ve been waiting their call for weeks and they finally called me back in the middle of the night!!! They now asking to update my phone number and to be shure I’ll answer next time they’ll call me. Never buy tickets with Viagogo.
