Worst ticket app I have ever used
This app is not at all user friendly. Tickets are almost impossible to access. I would not recommend. Good luck if you are buying tickets using this app.

My bad I bough tickets for the wrong city how ever customer service is non existent the game is 5 days out still haven’t got the code for tickets or a response for selling them stay away and buy else where

VIAGOGO IS THE DUMBEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR VIAGOGO ARE HUMAN ROBOTS THAT LIE AND CHEAT
Unusable app, blank tickets, no service
The App close everytime I try to reach my tickets. On website, tickets are empty files. I’ve been waiting their call for weeks and they finally called me back in the middle of the night!!! They now asking to update my phone number and to be shure I’ll answer next time they’ll call me. Never buy tickets with Viagogo.

Didn’t get tickets until last minute. $60 fee on $90 ticket. App crashes every time.
