Websites an absolute scam. Won’t give you the proper tickets and give you ones way off from what you ordered. No refunds, never order from this site ever.

DO NOT USE THIS APP
I bought Dua Lipa’s tickets, $410 per person from Viagogo, but the real ticket price is ONLY $168 per person! It is robbery!
Good experience
I don’t know what happened to other people who wrote negative reviews. I had overall good experience with Viagogo. Bought last minutes tickets to Camp Nou - Barca game. Messaged support team when I have not received tickets, they immediately replied and I got my tickets in a next hour. Tickets were legit.
NIGHTMARE ….DO NOT USE
I paid the double for a ticket, I didn’t mind since I was pretty happy to go to the concert of KINGS OF LEON, I waited for more that two weeks, something I never expected,to get a link that supposed to be a ticket, but O never get to have the real ticket. When I tried several times to download it, I just got the answer that I’m not the owner of the ticket. Reason why I cannot have it. I ASKED VIAGOGOTO RETURN THE MONEY SINCE I DO NOT HAVE ACCES TO MY TICKET AND THIS AWFUL STUFF JUST SAID SORRY YOU HAVE A TICKET LINK I WONT REFUND MONEY. THIS IS A BARGAIN TOTALLY. I JUST REPORTED TO THE BANK AND HOPE TO GET THE MONEY BACK FROM THIS SCAMERS.
SCAM
Paid $350 for 2 tickets and when I got to the event they scanned as cancelled. Went to the ticketek booth just to be told we got our tickets off a scam website and they aren’t valid and there was nothing they could do for us. We travelled 2 hours to the event just to be turned away. DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR PURCHASING TICKETS!
Scam
Don’t use this website, I brought tickets to George Kambosos fight on Sunday 5th 2022. Only to be turned down at the gates and told the tickets were canceled. I went to the marvel stadium customers service to ask what the go was and they explained this website is a scamming website. I rang my bank also to report the scam and was told they get many complaints from this websites. Don’t use this Website !!!
Glitch App keeps crashing
Disappointed cant even use the app not sure if i got scammed when i purchased tickets as app is not working and ive had anciety since
