Scam platform — do not download
This platform has no contact method. It charges your credit card without consent and provides no explanation. If you dispute the charges, they ignore you completely — there's no way to reach anyone. Avoid at all costs.

絕大部份門票都沒有顯示行數，但門價格卻又十分高昂。
無保障，逃避問題及即時處理問題，沒有得到應有的服務
被取消票還是要自己通知客服，不停把我訂單設為已送達，需要自己不停要求客服修改訂單。 VVIP門票是不同的開始時間而就算有證明客服也不會更改。客服態度有問題，強硬，無禮，不耐煩。訂單有選項為選擇新票但一直沒顯示404error,最後在當日直接取消訂單。 如果決定經此平台購買門票請務必準備有強大心靈及耐性
Very dysfunctional
Bought tickets on the App once and it was successful. Then tried to sell my tickets on the App. It told me that I am supposed to mail my tickets out, but the link showing buyer’s address never worked… So there’s no way for me to mail the tickets to the buyers…. Ridiculous…. And even their help page doesn’t open either… cannot contact customer service…

How can this company still works until now?!
The rational behind is to match sellers and buyers. But the company did not and cannot ascertain did the seller really hold a valid or authentic ticket when they post a sell. Compare to StockX, seller need to post the physical shoes in 3-4 days. Then the buyer waiting period is short and the txn can finished within 1 week no matter success or not. But this stupid company allow the seller to deliver as long as 2-3 weeks and even 2 days before the show date for the delivery. The buyer cannot even look for second option or refund before that date… wasting time and $… a failure of biz
scammer !! Please do not use this app’
I sold my tickets and the status in the app has always shown ‘completed’ while after the concert I did not receive the payment. When I asked them they said my transaction was cancelled and stopped the chat immediately. Please do not use this app.
