Viagogo is a Scammer

My wife bought 2 VIP ticket’s from viagogo last week, For the blackpink concert @ 11&12 march on GBK jakarta, BUT UNTIL DAY -2 there is no tickets come. And viagogo has no solution for that. I don’t know if they will refunded the money or no.

Dissapointed! Until now i have no received money from canceled andy lau concert. I can not find address for email my problem, when i call and say my ID order always say my ID order wrong! Please tell me your email address and help me
