Scam Lost 250$ Worst service ever
Buy the tickets and not received them
Don’t have a phone , anybody to talk with . Poor customers service , not phone not return and the show is coming !!!
Non sophisticate...
Ux is focused to keep you unsuspicious for 4 whole mins, til you get to the payment total to realize they charge additional 20% of tickets total fee. Also no way to contact personally. id suggest focusing less on ux and more on the importance of brand transparency. Feedback button would be the first step in acknowledging your audience needs.
Worse app and service ever - stay away !!
I bought tickets for a football match and got scammed, didn't get the amount of tickets I bought and also different seats than I orders, I orders the most expensive seats and got the absolute worse. I've sent costumer service evidence of everything needed and now I'm just not getting them to even return my messages!!! This is insane that this company even survives with this awful service and literally no costume service !!! Do not use this app !!!

No customer service! Sell non valid tickets!!! You cannot get them on phone and they are ignoring any mail/tweet!!! beware!!!!!!!!
They are a scam
I tried to get a refund much before I got the tickets as they didn’t give me the guarantee I would have them. They only offered me to resell them. The app didn’t stop glitching and I didn’t even know if the ‘tickets ‘ were put on sell or not. I am putting a serious complaint. They sell tickets they don’t even have.
Terrible
Never sent my ticket. Couldn’t get into the venue. Day ruined. Never buy tickets with these lot.
Got charged over twice the amount the ticket was worth
Ordered 2 tickets to see Aurora at the Royal Albert Hall, and when I did receive my tickets in a pdf form, found that it… A) told me how much they should have been worth B) informed me that they had been purchased through Ticketmaster So not only could I have for 4 tickets for the price of 2 had I gone to the venue site, I would have had change to spare. Also convinced this company uses Ticketmaster and simply adds a ridiculous commission. Do not use them or their services.
Allowance for touting
Any platform which allows people to tout tickets is dreadful
