As per as I used this app it’s perfect and its authorizations and reliable for buying any ticket i was need for many events like soccer matches and songs events,,,, I recommend for all to try it
Terrible service
After charging the whole amount my order was cancelled with providing any clear reason. Upon contacting the Viagogo call center we were asked to hold for 2 hours. Terrible online platform and terrible customer service.

This is a fake app. DO NOT get your tickets from here. My grandparents went to 2cellos and the concert tickets were fake and they didn’t allow them in. Total waste of money. Such a scam

Horrible customer service.
Poor feedback time, unable to upload pictures of required tickets in order to prove they messed up, again. Easy enough to buy an overpriced ticket, near impossible to fix the problem.
