I keep getting an error message I cannot seem to book
I tried to book a ticket and problem on website and numbers given only work between certain hours Monday- Friday is this possible on an international route? How amateur why can’t it be more like the airlines they are competing with?
Tried to book with the app. The process was interrupted and showed an error after I already paid.
I have been trying for days to enquiry about a reservation for the start of our journey on a Eurail pass ahead of arriving in the UK from South Africa Your phone contact numbers, both from outside the UK (simply says it’s not in operation, try the UK number) the latter doesn’t get answered. I have tried for 8 continuous days!!!! The app makes no provision for Eurail pass bookings. Why?? You serve Eurail pass holders. Eventually through a UK resident we find there are no seats available for our our day of intended travel, not a day either way. Our accommodation bookings are now useless and a waste of money. What a pathetic and useless customer interface.
Absolutely amazing app to use. Very user friendly. Highly recommend it.
Easy to use but why are prices more expensive when booking two adults at once versus one adult?
