Bravofly

I book tickets through website and the website force me to signup. Now after account activated still can’t log in. Very worst app and additional charge my ticket because showing price in different currency but cut the amount in Euro. Total scammers!

It’s impossible to contact Customer Support and receive any help! My flight was rescheduled by airline company and I am not able to accept new time of the flight. The airline company can do nothing, as the flight was bought via the agency, and it’s impossible to receive any help from Bravofly! Terrible experience.

If you are looking for after sales service, do not go for bravofly. I wanted to cancel my booking but their web/app is asking me to go for helpline and the helpline is asking me to go to the web/app. I’m left unattend until now.

Prenotato 2 viaggi solo e tutti e 2 ho avuto problemi con le valigie. Nel primo viaggio le valigie non erano registrate all aeroporto, ma pagate, nel secondo, al ritorno mancava una valigia nel biglietto. Mai più con loro, solo molto stress e soldi buttati
