I don’t recommend to deal with those jurks

I took a flight from them and i had a medical condition so I couldn’t get the flight and I paid the refund package but I didn’t get any until now i connect with them many time but no answer Ive lost 600 dollar for nothing even i paid the refund package!!!!!!
