Estafa esta app

Te notifican que el vuelo esta demorado y sale al horario programado. Es una estrategia para que pierdas el vuelo y te cobran mas del triple del valor original para el nuevo ticket. Lo hacen cuando los vuelos tienen over booking, es información de un conocido que trabaja en la aerolinea..

Engañoso

Venden la publicidad con datos mágicos q a la hora de la compra se transforma en un precio caro y disruptivo. Una vergüenza sobre todo para los turistas q venimos de lejos y obvioooo vamos con valijas y resulta altamente carísimo . Un engaño primitivo y demodé. Se nota la falta de valores ética y honestidad de la empresa Saludos

Reembolso a mi tarjeta de crédito de los pasajes perdidos

Perdimos dos pasajes PARA HOY 16/7 porque no estábamos en la lista del vuelo. No sabían porqué el personal del aeropuerto y Vueling no contestó mail ni llamados. Los pasajes estaban pagos con una tarjeta de crédito del TD bank a nombre de María Sol Aletta terminada en 1443 el 23/5/22, bastante anticipación para no tener inconvenientes. Encontramos que el problema era que el pago del equipaje había sido rechazado. Sin embargo teníamos asientos asignados. Podríamos haber pagado el equipaje en el momento, pero VUELING NOS SACÓ DE LA LISTA. ¿Nos habrán hecho perder todo nuestro dinero porque no aceptamos el cambio de fecha por sobreventa de pasajes que nos ofrecieron por mail? Sería honesto de su parte reintegrarnos nuestro dinero en la tarjeta de crédito. No hay ningún tipo de excusa por habernos hecho perder el vuelo, tener que pagar una noche de hotel en Croacia y perder la noche de Hotel en Barcelona. Señores de Vueling eso es mucho dinero. Cargue mi tarjeta 3 veces y aun no se si me han cobrado o no los otros intentos y encima me Dicen que aun no esta confirmada la reserva. De locos
