Primeira vez que tentei viajar com essa empresa;nunca mais,voo cancelado sem motivo,horas de espera por um hotel para alojar todos os clientes e não conseguiram hotel para todos depois queriam que pagássemos do nosso bolso. Resumo meu voo que era para ser no sábado foi transferido para segunda-feira nunca mais.

Difícil acesso, não localiza o ticket, não consegue permitir leitura do código nas máquinas de check in no aeroporto.

Luggage delivery is a joke at CPH...

Waiting for more than 40 minutes for the luggage, almost an hour after landing...no signs of the luggage at all. About to loose my driver, if didn’t lose it yet. “Menzies” which is the logistic operator gives no answer and says any complains or value claims should be placed to the air company. Not forgetting that the flight delayed. What a terrible service.
