Vueling Airlines-Cheap Flights

Missing luggage from Barcelona to Ibiza on 1st June, customer service useless, 15 days no clothes, no compensation, shame on you as a business

Vueling booking is so easy to use I love travelling with Vueling x

I found it would be considerably more expensive (even taking into account the £50 change fee) to change my booking to a new date than simply booking a new ticket for that date.

I am unable to download your new app because my iPhone is less than iOS 16 Why am I penalised because I can’t afford a new upgrade. You are supposed to be a cheap flight air line and up to now my favourite airline. Frances Garcia

I use Vueling to fly back and forth to Barcelona every month. I tried several times to use the new website and found it didn’t work. My girlfriend who is Spanish tried also and she gave up. In the end I used the app which isn’t great but allowed me to at least progress to payment, unfortunately it then told me that it couldn’t complete the transaction. Terrible experience all round and I am sure that this will cost you customers and money.

Reaching a new low - I have a message saying I cannot select random seating unless I get to the airport early. How does random allocation run out!? I’ve never had this with any other airline and it’s such a scam.

My brother tried to fly with the company from Malaga to Barcelona and they are saying that the plane it’s full there’s not seats for him . When his got a ticket !! What horrible company I never fly again and I wouldn’t recommend.

It’s taken me the whole weekend to book a couple of simple flights. The tech is terrible. First I couldn’t change my login email. Had to create a new account. Then have to email in to delete old account (but only managed to get email address after calling up). Then the system just sends to an error page if you ask to collect Avios with your guest passenger. So have to sign in on another device to get through the glitch. Then I had to rebook several times as couldn’t work out what baggage was included (summary doesn’t tell you). And finally when I paid apparently there was a glitch on the system so have to check if I get a confirmation in the next 12 hours or call up again. Never again.

Is better you don’t fly with this airline after it’s been expensive the takeoff and landing is the most worst thing I’ve ever experience You buy a ticket they put you on transit you will enter the first plane without having checking issue or hand luggage issue but whenever you want to fly from Bacelona, your hand luggage must be hand luggage perfect if not you will pay you some money that order doesn’t collect be very careful when you fly from Bacelona using this airline😡

Cannot book on my app. And booking price is going up every time I try. Very poor app.
