Not easy to use
Can’t have the app to open with Face ID. The icon is available, I click on it, I get the ok sign but nothing. The app ask me to input my password by hand every time I log in. Tried to find an answer but nothing

Remboursement et changement de vol
Vraiment insatisfait de votre compagnie. Du Canada, on ne peut pas vous parler. Je suis en attente de remboursement dans XKF46U et JIJ3GK vraiment long. J’avais un vol THFRVQ le 24 novembre et je voulais changer pour le 26 novembre, c’était écrit changement gratuit et vous me chargiez 70 euros. J’ai dû en acheter un autre au coût de 22,99 euros. Vous ne respectez jamais vos remboursement et changement de vol, pas très professionnel. Ça fait 10 ans que je vole avec votre compagnie, la ca se dégrade. Sylvain

Seat selection on app
Had booked seats together and when we got issued our boarding passes seconds later we were not even in the same row. Not very impressed.

I can’t find the answer to this, do you send multiple boarding passes to the same iPhone? Thanks
App works fine, but I don’t like to have to pay for my seat
Tickets are sold with no seats... what a scam...
