La app es muy simple
Atención hoy en el aeropuerto de Santiago Compostella
El dia de hoy nos cancelaron el vuelo con el cual estamos 100% de acuerdo Lo que si es inaceptable es la atención de la señora del que esta en el counter de atención al cliente No pueden tener a alguien que contesta y reta a todos los pasajeros de una forma grosera Lo mas fácil hubiera sido mandaronos añ hotel como lo hicieron con la ayuda miy gentil y educados del personal de iberia y luego enviar las opiniones de viaje como lo hicieron Me encanto la solución por el app pero la atencion en el aeropuerto de terror por la unica señora que habia de pelo corto rubio El personal del counter de Iberia super!!! Todos los que ayudaron a solucionar en problema
Hice el check in o no ?
Ya había hecho el check in de un vuelo desde el app, pagado con mi tarjeta el equipaje extra y me salió que había hecho el check in exitosamente, pero cuando regrese a la aplicación me volvía a aparecer la opción para hacer el check in como si nunca lo hubiera hecho ni pagado. No se si me lo van a cobrar a la tarjeta o no , y no se si debo hacer toda la operación de nuevo.

A toda la tripulación por su buena disposición durante el embarque y todo el vuelo, siempre sonrientes, se agradece esa actitud en un vuelo tan temprano
Te fuerzan a comprar asientos para hacer check in
Es realmente un abuso y es inadmisible esta falta de seriedad
