Worst airline, never ever travel with this airline

My suitcase was not recieved from my trip from Barcelona to Amsterdam and I am struggling for the last 24 hrs Shuffling between their so called baggage handling company and call centre they calls No resolution given Now I have a flight back to India and have no clue on my entire luggage piece No one is taking responsibility of looking for a solution and only blaming the system saying it’s all digital Very bad first experience with the airline

It’s confusing and it didn’t give me any coupon as a first time app user , all apps give this privilege to all their users !

Instead of trying to confuse customers and charge them for every thing separately, I guess customers would prefer if the pricing is upfront and they feel that they are not cheated.

Bad site with lots of hangups, tired booking my airtickets and pay for my check in baggage but the app did not accept any of my credit and debit cards despite all other apps and sites processing them, and had to pay 100 euro extra at the airport at checks in.

App is very well designed to get information of flights and easy to get boarding pass.

Despite selecting the dates, the app fails to allow me to book flights. Occasionally, it refreshes the initial page displaying the origin and destination. I am using an iPhone 15 Pro Max running iOS 18.2.1. I hope the developers will resolve this issue soon. Otherwise, the app remains satisfactory.
