Apps not working properly, accounts are not syncing properly, support teams not exsist only bot answers.
Great costumer service to support and solve problems
The app has a 14-day trial option for Premium, but you just pay straight away for an annual subscription without a trial period.
App has nice graphs and analysis tools, but the core feature, bank sync, is so unreliable. During past 2-3 years of usage I had to reach support like 5+ times to fix issues on integration side. With latest app update the sync window is broken and I’ve given up on them…
All my records disappeared after more than one year of using this app. I used it without creating acc and now app only let me create an account, but I can’t do anything else. It’s very bad. I suggest to use other apps if tou do not want that all your records you was saving in this app dissapear 😡
There are a couple of things that frustrate me the most. There is no way of changing base currency. Broken logic that’s responsible for the balance calculations. Subscription price tag. You think that a ledger base app will let you change you base currency? The Wallet app by BadgetBakers thinks otherwise. Why can’t I switch my base currency? I’ve created my account and selected US dollars. After a couple of years I moved to the Europe and wanted to change base currency. It’s beyond my understanding. Why can’t I do this. For the last two years I’ve been stuck with the weird charts and conversion from US dollars to Euro. I’ve tried contacting the support team multiple times and always get the same response - we don’t plan on doing it. There is one more thing - sometimes my expenses display wrongfully. I’m tired of adjusting my balance every 2-3 days after adding new expenses. Last thing that I wanted to mention is that the price of premium subscription is absolutely ridiculous! The design is awesome, a lot of cool features, yet fundamental functionality is poor. I’m very disappointed that BudgedBakers stopped carrying about their products. Almost forgot, the feedback page is abandoned a long time ago... Stay safe!
The app in general is good, I use a Premium account. But the huge problem is reliability - it’s now the 2nd time the records sync with my bank crashes for more than a week during the 3 months of the usage, so how is it possible to trust it? Especially when I had to reload all the records which means that the history is lost. Support apologized, but didn’t make the situation more trustworthy - I wanted a full refund for this extraordinary situation, but they suggested nothing. Had high hopes for this one, sadly. Swithing to another provider.

Takes a while to get used to it. But overall experience is awesome. Had few issues with bank connections, but support was very helpful to sort it out.
