Dryer left close soaking wet and ended the cycle 20 minutes early. Still requesting payment with no options to contest. Terrible service, unable to dry clothes again without paying for the first half done job.

Reserved two wash machines they worked fine. About halfway through the cycle all of the dryers became unavailable, and have been that way for about an hour and a half now. I am now on my way to the nearest laundromat to get my clothes dried. Also I noticed that the laundry room, as a whole, was listed a unavailable. It is now listed that way again. Washme has too may technical issues to be of use to me. It is a nice idea but a failure in practice. I will not use Washme services again.

Dryers often stop before clothes are dry. You can pay a second time for another dry cycle but there is a chance dryers will just stop in a few minutes and once again clothes are still not dry. I have been in a hotel (on work trip) for a month and stuck using WeWash the whole time. It has been way too expensive and very frustrating wash experience. Avoid their services if at all possible. Traditional coin op or card op machines are far better than this app based junk.

Absolutely horrible. It keeps asking me to pay my invoice although I have received a receipt in my email telling me.that my account has been charged!! It will not let me reserve a dryer. Ugh!!!

App was very slow and responsive, dryer settings left my clothes damp after a very long cycle. It’s also very easy to accidentally buy a wash or dryer cycle, which I did on accident on account of the unresponsive UI that seemed to cancel the cycle but actually didn’t. Was only offered in app credit(for a dryer? Really?) after taking to support. After being threatened legally I eventually paid the invoice, but who knows if I will even get the credit considering how terribly this company seems to be run.

Why do you need my location, email, etc. to do laundry.

The hostel where I stayed in Munich operated their laundry using this application. My experience was a nightmare. The instructions to use the machine and application was a small poster without enough information for help and support. When the wash cycle was done the machine would not unlock and I could not get to my clothes. The staff at the hostel did not know how to access the locked machine. They asked me to wait overnight. The next morning the staff member pointed out a number for me to call on the poster that was written in German which I don’t understand. I called that number from my phone and was repeatedly directed to a line for “hot singles.” Ultimately, the only way I could access my wet clothes was to hit the button for another wash. Now I must follow my bank account to determine how many times they charged me to wash my clothes. I will NEVER use this application again. I do not trust it. As I look through the other one star reviews I see multiple replies from the developer that appear to be a copy and paste of the same response. This makes me trust this application even less. I wish I had read the other reviews before using this app.

Hostel owners please don’t buy into this. Not only did I get charged twice, but it’s super easy for someone to grab your machine and use it on your dime. My clothes didn’t even come out smelling nice.

They made laundry “convenient” by making it an awful technological nightmare. “Can not connect, sorry I hope you like wet clothes”

This is a terrible way to do laundry. There is no way to confirm the machine is actually unloaded and ready for you to use. I’m standing here for thirty minutes waiting for this machine to be unloaded way past my notified available time. Seriously needs a confirm user scan or PIN number. Anybody could use your time. Also no lock so clothes are not secure. Absolutely useless way of managing machines. Cannot emphasize how amateur this system performs.
