Didn’t work

Tried 3 different scooters and not one worked but still got charged.

Best ride ever

Great service

charged me more than I should’ve been charged

Me and my friend hired these scooters to get up a hill, a 5 minute journey. We tried for 10 minutes to park them in the “ parking areas “ and Bird ended up charging me £25. I have to keep moving the scooters around , and everytime I was in the parking spot , they’d say I wasn’t and kept charging me more. honestly I really wouldn’t recommend.

SCAM

Do not use , scam took money couldn’t move off. Overly complicated a complete waste of time.

Broken scooter, couldn't end ride as was outside parking area, charged a fortune, no in app support

Levente Feher on

United Kingdom

On the way to my car I decided to hop on a scooter to save time at 2am walking. Got the scooter through the app, no problem, only to realise the scooter didn't work. Okay, it happens, no problem. Tried to park it and report it broken but I couldn't park it cause I was not at a parking spot. Amazing. I couldn't take the scooter to a parking spot as it didn't work and I couldn't end the ride either. There is no in app support, so no one to talk to. I had to basically leave the scooter and it kept charging me. After a significant amount of money I could block the payment on my card, and because of that the ride finally ended. Such poor service. Never again.

The scooter doesnt have power, 5 euro for a short ride

Dont take it if you wanna walk, The scooter doesnt have enough power to go up on hills. Also, the parking is very annoying because they have cheap map and cant locate it exactly. So they cahrge 5 euros straight away. Bad company

Hired two scooters out in Tenerife to try. Was fun… untill you want to get off them. The designated bird spaces are not only not well signed on the map, but very infrequent. I wasted over an hour trying to park and ended up further away from destination than I originated from! Not convenient and then was charged a fortune for the privalage of turning up late to dinner stresssed out due to the experience. Don’t bother contacting support either, you’ll get ignored, as I was. Use another scooter company, this one’s not up to the job.

TERRIBLE!

Matt b1);)73 on

Absolutely rubbish didn’t work after parking up giving no explanation as to why and absolutely no help toward how we could fix the problem. Disgusting company with appalling customer service DO NOT USE!!!! I would rather crawl than use a Bird scooter the most useless, selfish, worthless company to ever exist.

Whatever you do not use this company.

Hopefully i get the job 123 on

United Kingdom

App is terrible. Would not let me end ride even though it was parked in bay. Not only this but we also could not contact the company on the app or number. Then you get put through to an AI bot to discuss which is useless.
