Fantastic

Loves getting around lanzarote and Tenerife on there scooters, very convenient also!

Doesn’t work 90% of the time

Put 40£ on got two rides that actually worked had to push it for the rest of the ride

Great experience

Used the bird scooter app for the first time on a recent holiday in Caleta de Fuste and thoroughly enjoyed using them, it was great fun and saved a lot of time travelling around the resort. Only issue I encountered was when I had vpn on my phone i couldn’t get app to work but once I turned the vpn off the app worked perfectly and was an easy smooth process from start to finish, will definitely use again in future. Incidentally also found the price reasonable enough €1 to unlock then €0.35 a minute, it’s surprising how far you can get in 5 or 10 minutes.

We had 2 birds and the 5xcfi didn’t work at all we needed to push it back to a parking space Therefore we do not want to pay the price stated

Terrible lack of parking - rip off service

I was really angry to be ripped off by this company with no parking spots allowed within many km of my destination. So I had to go back where I started and paid double for the privilege compared to an Uber to the same destination. If parking is not allowed in that area, why include that area within the permitted zone - the only reason I can think of is to rip people off.

Scammers

There location thing didnt work so we had to pay overtime and rude back to where we got them from instead of dropping in the parking spot by out hotel. It didn’t recognise the spot even though there were 6 other bird scooters there too. Shambles I want a refund, but it’s impossible to complain or ask for one. Awful service

It’s the only way to travel!

Very easy to use. Quicker than you think though folks!

Great way travel in Aruba

There are cycle routes most of the way between the hotels on Palm Beach and downtown, so don’t be shy pick up a scooter and zip along at 20 km an hour for less than the price of a Bus fair.

Roma

It’s one of the best things to do in Roma ! Loved every min ❤️

Great but…

The need to park in a designated bay is a PITA as the other scooters don’t demand this, otherwise a great :) Tried again today and found trying to locate the parking space absolutely frustrating beyond words and the AR function is about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. Personally I will avoid Using Byrd as it’s agg that I can live without. Totally accept that this could all be down to pilot error but I don’t have these issues with Superpedestrian - who are also cheaper.
