My wife bought this and invited me to join. Once I started to use it she could not get thr device to work for her again . Noe am trying to delete my account so and will try to reinstall. No place for the user to issue order to start messuring. Not user friendly.

App is missing some very basic features like reassigning blood pressure measurements to another person. Its not even possible on their website dashboard.

I like the product. Simple and does what it needs to do. Love that it syncs with apple health. But after opening app after long time, the main app is confusing. Not sure why i need to see all my health data again. Maybe I’m just getting old and cant afford to spend time and energy learning every new redesign :) would be nice to know that they protect my data and it is private. Also, not sure why it needs my wifi. It should take the password anonymously from my iphone. Update: now 1 out of 5 stars. Updated my phone and app does not recognise me. Log in again, my data is there but family profile is gone. Im trying to add family members and using their guide, but literally its not there. They say to go to profile and under family add another account. There is no such thing in profile!

Well, first of, design of app and scales is simply beautiful. Respect, but couple problems that keep me from going further: 1. Vague support. I can’t get app to show me sleep results. I have Garmin watch, that syncs to iOS health and make all possible steps, even in health it shows that it is syncing to Withings, but no data is shown. That is stops me from using this app as main. 2. Also I get random badges for goals I didn’t do, as run marathon or similar. 3. I don’t know how much of a bug it is but scales always shows + 10-15 bpm that my watch shows and what I think is more reasonable (110bpm in the morning for me is hardly tru). If not these problems, I would give 6 stars out of 5. But it is as it is.

I would be amazed and pay subscription IF whitings would have daily meal kcal tracker (what MyFitnessPal has). With it - you would have it all and i would not need two apps. To maintain healthy lifestyle balance - you need to follow good healthy diet, only scales is not enough. So if you would combine those two - it would be a game changer. Right now i would not even consider your subs. Simply not worth it🤷‍♀️ Another thing - how on earth do you calculate fitness level- i run 10k 3x/week, min 15k steps everyday and it shows me my fitness level as fair. No explanation what so ever.

App does not work after latest iOS update.

Why in this app is there is no sync button? Usually this app sync with watch two times in month,and it is terrible. And if you want to sync by ourself you should pushing everything and maybe it will sync but probably not…

U bought the withings scale and man i regret that ! The scale is not precise at all, and the application is a complete disaster. Basically the app is full of advertiment for other products you don’t need. And the one product for which you actively want measurements and for which you paid for is barely accessible. I scale myself every week but the measurements are not synchronized automatically. Well sometimes they are, the last one was from November (6 month ago), all other measures are lost. The app + scale are such garbage that i’m just at the point i’m going to throw them away and buy a new scale that action gives me precise measurements and just works Don’t loose your money on this you will regret it like i do now

Well-built app, not sure if programs work well, but in general I'm happy with it
