The new withings app is unfortunately a bloated, unintuitive disaster compared to earlier versions of Healthmate. It’s not clear where your other users are (in the app) there’s so many bs distractions and constant hints to “upgrade” to a subscription. No measurement updates in the app after 4 days even though it says it has contact with the scale … Extremely disappointed and I regret replacing my old withings scale so far.
Efter uppdateringar blir det ofta omöjligt att byta användare. Just nu går det inte. Det laggar även lite varje gång diagrammen för vikt/kroppskomposition fylls i.
Går inte att lägga till fler användare. Fungerar ej
New version (7.2.1) works great no problems
Allt efter 2022 är borta efter att appen uppdaterats, totalt värdelöst. Ni tappade just en kund….
iOS app does not sync weight. Support is useless.
The whole purpose of the product and the app supporting it should be to produce and to give you accurate health data, right? So that you can use that to make decisions on training, diet or other aspects that you want to improve, right? That’s where this app fails! At the very core of what it is supposed to do! You can’t trust it to display the correct data points. Writing this (week 1 y2025) I realized the the data point on body composition it has been showing me for last year is from 2022. The weight data is the correct measurements, so I know the data is in there. So this app is awful and probably dangerous. Do not use it. And do not buy any products that require it.
So many noisy ads and features I can’t even find my weight measurements any longer

Det är svårt att få in data från till exempel blodtryck, den laddar länge och visar inte den nya data… oftast krävs att man behöver starta om appen några gånger innan man ser data, särskild om det gäller andra personer i familjen.
