Not good anymore
Ive been using paid wix for few years but recently they cancel the email function and change it to a charged one. It’s like cheating when you’ve paid for a plan then they withdraw some functions. Also it’s no more value for money when a PAID BUSINESS PLAN doesn’t contain email campaign function! Beware of the dishonest moves.

Highly recommended!
I have been using WiX services for more than 5 years. When business owners have some kind of troubles during operations, WiX team always give professional advices soon even under COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, there was and still is no trouble unsolved with WiX. My advice is that when you get error messages, you should check both sides with the WiX team. It is all about communications. I personally thank Israel and WiX for providing professional and quality services!
Why are you doing this to me???
I have saved everything and publish the website already every time but there’s always something wrong in your systems. A note of “we got something wrong please load it again” and then all things is gone. The saving and publish button are useless????? This situation is always happen and I always need to re do it, please fix it SERIOUSLY

Tricky auto-renew policy, be careful
I didn’t use the apps for 10 months and they automatically charged me $150 for a full year renew, and not willing to refund. Ridiculous way of doing business. Busy customers should be very very careful.
The photo uploading never works
Adding product is important! Please fix the issue
