You can’t log in the system is broken

Full of hidden charges. Free 1 year domain is a scam. It says voucher will automatically apply but NO it does not.

This app was good at the beginning but now, January 2024 its has tons of bugs already! Care to fix and release an update?? Attaching photos or any files takes forever to upload and its really a hassle! During chat conversation, when you see “Customer X is typing a message..” -this shows upside down on the screen!

Support can’t seem to find a topic for my concerns so let me write them here. - there’s a pending request that i deleted but it doesn’t disappear - app restarts in the middle of conversations, sometimes - when i try to add image in the chat and choose gallery, nothing happens. If i do it again, it works. Every single time. I always have to do it twice because the first one always doesn’t work - i chose an image to send, when it got sent, it was a different photo. I tried doing it again, assuming i made a mistake. Same thing. Wrong photo. What if the app picks an embarrassing photo to send to my client? - i keep customizing the analytics section to see only the info that i need but it keeps going back to the default. It’s still a wonderful app but I hope you guys can fix these issues. Thanks. UPDATE Oct 6,2021: The inbox sometimes takes hours to update. I already have a lot of msgs in my email but they don’t show up in the app.

Wix lacks a lot of things to their Wix App, we can't edit it conveniently to our mobile phones. On the Individual Products Pricing category, it dont have a "Compare price", Cost per item of the product original price,Individual product Margin and Profit like Shopify. Us merchant, can't add also some Manual Payments , only one they allowed. Wix should allow us to add Manual Payments how much we want to. To the Delivery options also you should not limit the Delivery name letters and let us add Manual Delivery options how much we want to. Also wix site loads very slow. Hoping this would be consider and be notice by the development and Higher Team and make actions about editing App conveniently from our mobile anywhere and anytime.

I started using this on the app and it allowed me to edit my website on my phone completely and I loved that but they changed that quickly on me! So it makes it impossible to do necessary edits on the go not to mention it’s become so glitchy and horrible to use. It constantly moves things around when I edit and glitched even though I’ve requested help multiple times. Problem has not been fixed so now I have to move to a new website builder and don’t all over again.

So annoying when you cant do things on mobile. Like hello...this is the 21st century get it on mobile?? Until then, shopify here i come😌 Much love...but do better

This app I downloaded to manage my website. It will not recognize my log in. I notice in the website itself it logs me in through vista print but the wix app doesn’t have that feature. It should not be this difficult to manage something I’m paying for.

Please stop changing things, IF it’s not broken don’t fix it, every time you make less user friendly and more difficult to find stuff

So when i started the app it gave me ai stuff to help make my website and i thought it was gonna look cool untill it was just a text that says well… i forgot but it was just a horrible experiance i had with this dumb website maker app
